Our client is looking for a strategic leader to oversee the entire credit approval function and lead a team of Credit Officers.
Qualifications or requirements
We're looking for someone who has:
- Extensive experience assessing and approving SME loan applications.
- Strong expertise in credit risk analysis and underwriting.
- Previous hands-on experience in field sales or field-based lending.
- Experience developing and implementing credit policies.
- Leadership experience managing credit teams.
- A deep understanding of Kenya's SME lending market.
Experience needed
If you've built your career by first understanding customers in the field and later making sound credit decisions at the approval desk, this could be your next career move.
